High Care
Yalukang Aged Care offers two facilities, High Care and Low Care (formerly Rochester Nursing Home and Rochester and District Hostel).
High Care offers high level care for people who require a lot of assistance with activities of daily living such as feeding, dressing, cleaning and mobility. Previously known as Rochester Nursing Home, Yalukang High Care is provided for ACAT Assessed people who require almost complete assistance with most daily living activities. It includes accommodation, meals, laundry, room cleaning and personal care. REDHS nurses, doctors and allied health staff manage medical and allied health needs.
