REDHS offers Graduate Nurses the unique opportunity to complete their graduate year. We recognise the transition from student to registered nurse can be challenging.
REDHS supports Graduate Nurses to always work within their scope of practice, utilise evidence-based practice and maintain a high standard of nursing care, participate as a team member with all levels of medical, nursing, community health and allied health staff in multidisciplinary approach to health care.
Our Graduate Programs for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are designed to help the Graduate Nurse transition from student to nurse by providing consolidation of nursing knowledge and skills whilst using a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.
