What happens when you visit REDHS?
General Visiting Hours
REDHS reception is attended Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm. General patient and resident visiting hours are between 9.00am – 8.00pm, daily.
Flexible hours can be arranged in special circumstances – such as with extremely ill patients / residents, or, where families live a considerable distance away.
Visitors are permitted at Yalukang Aged Care and REDHS Acute Care. We recommend that all visitors are vaccinated. All visitors will be required to wear a surgical mask throughout their visit along with undertaking hand hygiene. Masks can be provided at the entry points of the facility along with hand hygiene. People with mask exemptions will be asked to wear a face shield.

REDHS is open for general access, 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
All areas, including Acute Care and Yalukang Aged Care can be accessed using the main entrance on Village Drive. The Yalukang Low Care facility (formerly Hostel) can be accessed further south on Village Drive.
At all other times, Acute Care and Yalukang Aged Care (Low Care and High Care) can be accessed through the Urgent Care entrance.
Access – All Abilities
REDHS is fully accessible for people with disability. An all abilities toilet is located in the main reception area.
Located in the main reception area, Café RED provides a variety of healthy choice food, drinks and snacks.
The Café is open 9.30am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday. A leafy courtyard with shade sail is available.
REDHS offers ample parking onsite, and street parking in nearby Village Drive. REDHS is all abilities access. There is an undercover drop off point at our main entrance where patients and consumers can easily access the facility. There is a similar drop off point at Yalukang Low Care (formerly Hostel).
