Exercise Maintenance Programs

REDHS offers a variety of programs for community members wanting to improve their quality of life through regular and supervised exercise. We provide group, individual and in-home exercise programs.

Our programs include:

  • Strength and Balance – Functional exercise program to improve your stability and maintain strength in your body
  • Fitness for Older Adults – An exercise program to help you maintain your fitness, health and wellbeing
  • Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation – An exercise program for those with or at risk of chronic cardiac and pulmonary conditions, where you can safely exercise whilst being monitored
  • Supervised Gym – A circuit-based exercise group that supports clients to utilise gym equipment in a safe environment to allow you to meet your individual fitness goals

You can also access our group exercises at REDHS as well as Elmore.

Our clients are assessed by one of our allied health practitioners to determine their goals, strength and abilities before advising which program would best suit their individual needs.

You may be eligible for government funding options for this service. For more information, or to make an appointment for an assessment, please call our Intake Officer on (03) 5484 4465.
