We have commenced the process of developing our new 2025 – 2028 Strategic Plan.

Our planning process is designed to work with our people and community whilst meeting the requirements of the Department of Health.

A key element of this is our Community Survey which you can complete by scanning the QR Code below. The purpose of this anonymous Survey is to enable all our community to provide initial views and feedback into our strategic planning process.
