HAVE YOU BEEN IMPACTED by visitor restrictions during COVID-19?

The Loddon Mallee Health Network wants to hear ‘Your Story’.

Visitor restrictions within Health Services and Residential Aged Care Facilities have been implemented as a result of COVID-19. These restrictions are critical to protect vulnerable patients, residents, other visitors and staff from contracting COVID-19.However, reduced visiting hours and visitor limitations has caused distress and anxiety for people during an already difficult time.

The Loddon Mallee Health Network is undertaking an ethics approved study on the impact of these restrictions. Your feedback can improve the experience of other patients, residents and their families/carers. The study will also help LMHN understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
