Access

8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
All departments (except hostel) can be accessed using the main entrance on Village Drive. Hostel can be accessed at the hostel entrance, further south on Village Drive.

All other times 

The acute ward and nursing home can be accessed through the urgent care centre entrance. 
An intercom is located at this entrance to contact staff after 8pm.

Disabled Access

All REDHS facilities are accessible to the disabled.  A disabled toilet for public use is located adjacent to the administration department.

Visiting Hours

Acute Ward
11am to 8pm
Visitors should check with staff before seeing patients and adhere to staff advice regarding the number of visitors and the appropriate length of visit. 

Rochester & District Hostel
8am to 8pm
Other times by arrangement.

Rochester Nursing Home
8am to 8pm
Other times by arrangement.

Kiosk

Located adjacent to the main foyer, the kiosk provides hot and cold food and drinks as well as light snacks.
Hours of operation
9.30am to 2pm Monday to Friday
