National Disability insurance Scheme

Do you have an NDIS package and need support?

Rochester & Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is a registered provider for NDIS services and supports, and can assist people living in Rochester, Elmore and surrounding areas.

REDHS are able to work with participants to achieve their goals and, deliver supports in NDIS plans in the following areas: improved health and wellbeing; assistance with social and community participation; and assistance with daily life.

Services available include community nursing care, exercise physiology, group and centre based activities, assistive products and equipment, home modifications, household tasks, personal activities, dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry and social work. 

REDHS staff are experienced in delivering services to people living with a disability, and continue to provide support for younger people with disabilities under the Home and Community Care program for younger people (HACC – PYP).  

Participants can be assured the services and supports offered and delivered by REDHS are in accordance with NDIS Terms of Business for Registered Support Providers and the fees outlined in the NDIS Price Guide.

To access NDIS supports from REDHS, we suggest participants arrange a meeting with a staff member to discuss their NDIS plan and understand how REDHS can support their needs.
