Rochester and Elmore District Health Service is fortunate to enjoy significant community support.
With its establishment , the Rochester and Elmore District Health Service Foundation will continue to fulfil the community's vision for their health service to have the capacity and resources to provide the best possible services into the future.
Objectives
The Rochester and Elmore District Health Service Foundation will work to attract and raise funds specifically for the purchase of much needed equipment and assist with building projects.
When you support the Foundation you will be helping to improve and develop your health service to ensure people receive the highest level of quality care into the future.
All donations, bequests and fundraising events will be overseen by the Board of Management and managed by the CEO.
A letter of thanks will be sent to the donor from the CEO or President of the Board of Management depending on the amount of the donation or bequest.
Donations of over $5,000 will be noted in the Annual Report the year in which they were made. In the event a donor requests to remain anonymous, the amount will still be included in the annual report under the name anonymous.
