REDHS offers a variety of programs for community members wanting to improve their quality of life through regular and supervised exercise. Programs include Strength and Balance, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Supervised Gym sessions. Depending on individual needs, the programs can aid in:
  • Improving strength and balance through functional exercise
  • Post surgery recovery
  • Improving cardiovascular fitness
  • Weight loss
  • Recovering from illness or injury
Clients need to be assessed by one of our allied health practitioners to determine the appropriate program for their needs. For more information, or to make an appointment for an assessment, please call our Primary Care team on 5484 4465.
